TAX (VAT & INCOME TAX) RELATED MATTERS:-
• To advise from time-to-time about the changes and amendments taking place in the tax laws.
• Ensuring Implementation of amendments and changes on the part of clients by maintaining liaison with the client and the VAT Department.
• To advise clients with multi-disciplinary approach from time-to-time so as to minimise their tax liability within the frame work of VAT Laws.
• Filing of monthly/quarterly/yearly returns as required by the VAT Laws of the states.
• To get the VAT Assessment completed from time-to-time as required under the VAT Laws of the state.
• To contest appeals before the Appellate Commissioner, VAT Tribunal, High Court and Supreme Court of India.
PROPERTY RELATED MATTERS:-
• Conducting investigation of title documents encompassing all aspects of immovable property in the NCR ( in and around Delhi).
• Drafting deed and agreements of Contracts pertaining to immovable Property and Deeds of Sale, Mortgage, Lease, Licences, Tenancy agreement, Exchange, Partitions, Partnerships, Deed of Gifts, etc.
• Conducting legal research relating to property laws, land laws, local laws, personal laws, taxation laws, contract laws, laws relating to trusts and partnerships, laws relating to immovable assets of companies, Acquisition Laws, Stamp Act and Registration Laws.
• Handling all matters pertaining to adjudication or determination of property stamp duty payable on documents, valuations of property in accordance with the stamp and registration laws, registration of documents in concerned offices, appeals relating to stamp duty or registrations & applications for refund of stamp duty and registration fee.
ARBITRATION AND CONCILIATION:-
• Handling arbitration and conciliation pertaining to Commercial Contracts, Commercial Disputes, Real Estate disputes, disputes regarding Ventures, Collaboration etc., from notice to disposal.
COMMERCIAL AND CORPORATE:-
• Handling Company formations, formation of partnerships, societies and trusts.
• Dealing with commercial disputes including shareholders’ rights, directors’ duties and related matters.
